Tysoe Parish Council is the first tier of local government for the civil parish of Tysoe in Warwickshire (Stratford-on-Avon District).
It represents the various villages and hamlets within the parish: Middle Tysoe, Upper Tysoe, Lower Tysoe, and the wider local community.
The Parish Council comprises eight elected councillors, supported by the Parish Clerk, the details of which can be seen here.
The council’s responsibilities include commenting on local planning applications, managing local amenities and green spaces, and community engagement.
It also prepared the Tysoe Neighbourhood Development Plan, which was formally adopted by Stratford-on-Avon District Council in February 2022.
Contact with Tysoe Parish Council can be made via the Parish Clerk (parish.clerk@tysoe-pc.gov.uk) and through published contact details (telephone, email).
The council runs an annual Village Open Day event at Tysoe Village Hall, which brings together local groups, societies and residents to review the year’s work, share plans and encourage community involvement and engagement.
