Tysoe Flower Show & Fete

Flower Show 2026 - save the date

The Tysoe Flower Show & Fete attracts thousands of people from far and wide. Each year it evolves, becoming bigger and better, with more and more attractions. We have now spread over two fields, such is the scale of the show.

This traditional village fete has been running on and off since at least 1886 under different guises. But the one we all know and love today was resurrected in 1962 by Canon C T Bernard McNulty, Founder of the Village Hall, and was held firstly at Tysoe Primary School.

It’s unsure when the transition was made to the playing fields, but it has definitely been located there since 1980 and has been held on the 3rd Saturday of August, only missing the Covid 19 years of 2020 & 2021.

There is a different main ring attraction each year with many side attractions including Morris Dancers, a dog display team, a dog show for members of the public to enter their beloved furry family member, sheep and alpacas, as well as vintage cars and tractors.

There is music, fairground rides, children’s entertainment and of course plenty of food and drink stalls catering for a wide variety of tastes.

Flower Show 2025

Please mark your diaries for this year’s show, which will be held on the Playing Fields on the 15th August 2026.

As ever, it’s a highlight of village life here in Tysoe.
