The Regulation 19 Consultation for the South Warwickshire Local Plan runs until 11.59pm on Tuesday 8 September 2026.
This is the final stage of public consultation before the Plan is submitted to the Government for independent examination by a Planning Inspector. The Local Plan will help shape future housing, employment, infrastructure and growth across South Warwickshire up to 2050.
At this stage, comments should focus on whether the Plan is:
Legally compliant – prepared in line with planning legislation and regulations
Sound – positively prepared, justified, effective and consistent with national planning policy
All comments received during the consultation period will be considered by the independent Planning Inspector as part of the examination process.
