What data do we collect?

We sometimes collect the following data:

  • Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
  • Response to any questionnaires or polls we may run
  • Storing your email address from our newsletter subscription

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide the Parish Council with the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
  • Voluntarily complete and submit our contact form

How will we use your data?

The Parish Council collects your data so that we can:

  • Reply to you questions using the contact information you provide
  • Update you via email on village news through our subscription newsletter

When you complete any questionnaires, we may share this information with your local council or government bodies, excluding any personal information such as your name, address and contact details

How do we store your data?

We store your data on computers with the Parish Clerk and upon those at the Parish Council web server hosting organisation.

Marketing

We don’t use or sell your information to third parties for any marketing activities.

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access â€“ You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
  • The right to rectification â€“ You have the right to request that any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request the information you believe is incomplete.

  • The right to restrict processing â€“ You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
