Tysoe Tennis Club

The last 12 months the Club has continued participation in summer and winter leagues with ladies, mens and mixed teams in the Evesham, South Warwickshire and Banbury leagues.

The men’s team gained promotion in the summer league after a very fine season – bigger challenges await!

The annual club tournament took place in August on one of the hottest days of the year – well supported and enjoyed by many club members.

The summer league saw intense competition – with a very worthy winner being crowned!

The club recently announced a partnership with Rosie Clark Coaching – this is exciting news for both members and the wider community to take advantage of top quality coaching.

The inaugural mens Winter League Tournament took place through the winter months – the first “internal “ club tournament through a complete season – and a great success!

The focus is very much on playing for fun, however members also engage in league matches, travelling around Warwickshire and the neighbouring counties – as well as welcoming teams to Tysoe.

Committee members undertook safeguarding training to ensure our obligations are met and we can continue to promote the club as a safe place to play and enjoy the game.

Our new website launched with further new features around bookings and payments planned.

During 2025 the club announced a “Pay and Play” scheme allowing anyone to use courts and book courts online – members will be able to book court space 7 days in advance.

Charges are just £4 for 30 minutes. This allows non members to book and play at a frequency that suits them – if they love the game then they have the option to be a full member so it may encourage more to play.

Subscription rates for members are with continued emphasis on the “best value tennis in the area”.

Our rates for juniors and students have been held for another year.

Continuing that theme, our coaching contract will also allow for a strong relationship with local schools.

For more information about the club, membership fees and Pay and Play, please visit the club website at www.tysoetennisclub.co.uk
